At Your Appointment
After enrolling, book through Jane App as usual. At check-in, let Shayse know you are a Vitamin Club member. She will confirm your membership and provide your included services during the appointment.

How does the pick model work?
Each tier includes a monthly session allowance. Essentials members choose 2 sessions per month from B12, Glutathione, or Triple Defense. Premium members receive 1 NAD+ per month plus 3 additional picks from B12, Glutathione, or Triple Defense. Unlimited members book as often as they like with no monthly cap on any injection.
What injections are available through the membership?
Four injections are available: B12 (cobalamin), Glutathione (antioxidant support), Triple Defense (vitamin C, B12, and zinc combination), and NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide). NAD+ is available to Premium and Unlimited members. Results vary by individual.
How do I book my sessions?
Book through Jane App as usual and select Vitamin Club Member when prompted. Shayse will confirm your active membership and provide your chosen injection during the appointment.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled anytime from your Shopify member portal — no cancellation fees and no phone call required. Prepaid plans are billed in full at enrollment.
What is a prepaid membership plan?
Prepaid plans are paid in full upfront for either 6 months or 12 months. The total is lower than paying month-to-month for the same period. For example, the Essentials 6-month plan is $535 — equivalent to $89 per month — compared to $99 per month on a monthly plan.
What is Glutathione and what does it do?
Glutathione is an antioxidant administered intramuscularly. It is available as a standalone injection ($60) or as part of all Vitamin Club membership tiers. Results vary by individual.
What is Triple Defense?
Triple Defense is a vitamin C, B12, and zinc combination administered as a single intramuscular injection. It is available as a standalone injection and included in all Vitamin Club membership tiers.
Can I upgrade or change my membership tier?
Yes. You can cancel your current plan and enroll in a different tier at any time through your member portal. Contact Shayse directly if you need assistance with your membership.
Is the Vitamin Club available for Edmonton clients?
Enrollment is online and open to all clients. Appointments take place at Shayse's clinic in Sherwood Park — approximately 15 to 20 minutes east of Edmonton.
