    Terms, Booking & Cancellation

These terms cover appointments, laser packages, and gift cards at Nurse Injector Shayse in Edmonton, Alberta. They are written in plain language so you can see what happens if a plan changes.

If a line is unclear, email nurseinjectorshayse@gmail.com or call the clinic at +1 780-268-4187 before you book. We would rather answer the question than surprise you on the day.

    Booking and cancellation

We use a 48-hour cancellation policy. A flat $50 fee applies to both no-shows and late cancellations (under 48 hours' notice).

A credit card on file is required through our booking system (Jane) to confirm identity and to enforce late-cancellation/no-show fees. The card on file is not used to pay for appointments or deposits.

Please cancel or move a visit as soon as you know you cannot come, including when you are still outside that 48-hour window. That keeps the appointment time open for someone else.

You can book in Jane. Payment for the appointment itself is separate from the card kept on file. All consultations are free.

    Packages

Laser (Aerolase) packages expire 2 years from purchase.

Questions about packages can be directed to the clinic. Email or call us and we will look up the package with you.

    Gift cards

Gift cards are sold on this website. The terms that apply to a gift card are shown at purchase, on the screen where you pay. Please read that screen before you complete the order.

You can start a gift card order on the gift cards page. If you have a question after you buy, write to the clinic email and tell us the name on the order.

    Age

Clients must be 18 or older. We book treatment only for adults. If you are buying a gift card for someone else, the person who comes in for care must be 18 or older as well.

    Medical disclaimer

Individual results vary, and results are not guaranteed. A photo, a description, or a conversation about what other people have chosen is not a promise of the same outcome for you.

All treatments require a consultation and informed consent. The clinician may decline treatment if it is not appropriate. That can happen even after a time has been booked, when the visit shows that a treatment should wait or should not be done.

Injectable treatments are provided by Shayse RN. Content on this website is general information, not medical advice. It is not for emergencies. If you need emergency care, call 911.

All consultations are free. A consultation is a conversation about what is suitable for you. It is not a commitment to go ahead with treatment.

    Before and after photos

Before and after photos are shared only with the client's written consent. Photos are de-identified where possible. They are not retouched to change the result you see.

Results vary by individual. A photo of someone else shows that person's visit. It is not a prediction of yours.

    Privacy

How we handle personal information, including online booking, is described in our privacy policy.
